Announcing our first convention speakers

The following speakers and topics are conformed already.

Helen Webb – Helen is well known for her roles within Airshows, PR and of course marketing. Helen last spoke to the convention in 2023, since then she has become more involved with various shows, teams and events. There is one glaring outcome from her work, a lack of joined up thinking to show the value and contributions airshows make to industry, economies and utilising the positives we have to bring.

Marcus Jannitto – Marcus gave an interactive presentation at last years convention. In 2025 the former USAF Brigadier General, takes the ideas one step further in an informative and thought provoking session around Emotional Intelligence in airshows and aviation.

Zbynek Pavlacik – The CEO of Jagello 2000, organisers of NATO Days in Ostrava, has been a huge success since it began.  The show has been held every year, except for Covid and 2024 was promising to be their biggest yet, until mass floods caused huge devastation to the local area within 7 days of the event.  Zbynek joins us to go through the thought processes, learning and their support to the emergency operations of September 2024.

Ben Dunnell -  Ben has a voice that is recognised by many thousands, the sound of many airshows in the UK and has a hand that’s written millions of words in his role as a writer and Editor of aviation magazines. Ben’s calm composure and excellent knowledge of aviation makes his commentary both entertaining and fact filled for visitors. He is also absolutely certain of the commentator’s role in an emergency, which he joins us to look at the importance of key messaging in the early minutes following an incident, whether in the showground or airside.

We look forward to introducing other speakers in our next newsletter, in the meantime, please follow our Social Media and website for more details.
